生物天然氣在國內(nèi)已發(fā)展十多年，但為何一直“叫好不叫座”，那么沼氣生物脫硫發(fā)展還存在哪些問題待解決？其實這與原料供應(yīng)、技術(shù)裝備、運行管理等一系列環(huán)節(jié)都不無關(guān)系。

由于生物燃氣轉(zhuǎn)化成本高，設(shè)備運行條件惡劣，日常運行維護管理經(jīng)費沒有保障，造成出現(xiàn)故障后不能及時得到正常的維修，使得整個產(chǎn)業(yè)再次陷入困境。“生物天然氣‘三分建設(shè)，七分管理’，當(dāng)前需要加強的就是項目實施完成后的運行與管理。同時，在項目規(guī)劃初期既要考慮建設(shè)投資，也要配備運行管理費用。

不僅如此，生物天然氣產(chǎn)業(yè)的上游原料供應(yīng)和下游產(chǎn)品方面都缺乏專門的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和技術(shù)規(guī)范，只能使用少數(shù)燃氣產(chǎn)業(yè)現(xiàn)有的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)范。為此，馬隆龍建議，加快生物天然氣進入車用燃氣、工業(yè)用氣、城市燃氣管網(wǎng)、合同能源管理等多種清潔燃氣利用領(lǐng)域的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)體系，從生產(chǎn)與凈化、儲存、輸配、應(yīng)用等環(huán)節(jié)進行標(biāo)準(zhǔn)制定，建立與現(xiàn)有長輸管道天然氣、城鎮(zhèn)燃氣標(biāo)準(zhǔn)體系相協(xié)調(diào)的通用和專用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
